Cha Tra Mue's Thai tea mix is the one behind the orange, vanilla-scented Thai milk tea of every Bangkok street stall — brew it strong, strain, and pour over condensed milk and ice. Matcha powder whisks into lattes and baking, and the instant teh tarik and milk tea sachets are the two-minute version when the kettle is all you have.
