Description: A-Kuan Sichuan Broad Noodle Chilli Oil Flavour Hot & Sour (Big Bag) 阿宽 红油面皮 - 酸辣味 (超大袋) 140g. Wide, chewy, non-fried Sichuan broad noodles (hong you mian pi) dressed with Sichuan chilli oil, vinegar and a seasoning powder, for a hot and sour dry-mixed noodle. Medium spicy. The bigger 140g bag (超大袋). Product of China.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Open the pack and place the noodles in a bowl. 2. Add about 650ml of boiling water to fully cover the noodles. 3. Cover and leave for 6 minutes, then drain the water. 4. Add all the seasoning sachets, stir well and enjoy. Do not cook on the hob or in the microwave.
Storage: Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Use soon after opening. The product is spicy and chilli and spice pieces in the seasoning are normal. Do not eat if a seasoning sachet is swollen, damaged or looks abnormal.
