Description: Amoy Crushed Yellow Bean Sauce 450g 淘大磨豉醬. Amoy Crushed Yellow Bean Sauce is made in the traditional way by crushing fermented soybeans and blending them with wheat flour, sugar and soy sauce. It is widely used in everyday cooking throughout China, particularly in the Northern (Peking) style of cooking. Other spices and seasonings such as garlic, pepper, ginger or chilli etc. can be added to this basic sauce to form a variety of sauces.
