Ideal for preparing classic Thai curries with coconut milk, or as a marinade for proteins and vegetables. The concentrated paste format ensures consistent flavour and reduces preparation time. A staple ingredient for both experienced cooks and those exploring Thai cuisine.
Tuk Tuk Method: For (2-3 Persons): 1. Boil 1 1/4 cups (275ml) of coconut milk, 2 3/4 tablespoons (50g) of curry paste and 3/4 cup (150g) of your favourite meat and medium heat during 10 minutes. 2. Put 1 cup (200g) of potatoes (cube shape) and 1/2 cup (110g) of water. Stir occasionally during 4 minutes. 3. Simmer the meat until is cooked or 10 minutes. There will be a thin oil layer on top. 4. Put 1/2 tablespoons (23g) of plain sugar, 2 teaspoons (10g) of fish sauce.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
