Description: Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Stir Fry 50g. This spice paste combines garlic, red chillies and ginger to bring the spicy flavours from Szechuan to your everyday stir-fry.
Tuk Tuk Method: Mix 2 tsp of corn starch or corn flour with prawns until smooth. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok or pan on medium-high heat. Add prawns and stir-fry for 1 minute. Lower heat and add Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Szechuan Chilli Ginger Garlic Stir Fry and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until cooked. Garnish and serve immediately.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
