This one blends soy sauce with pear and apple puree, garlic, onion and black pepper — sweet, savoury and fruity, which is what gives bulgogi its characteristic flavour. Tuk Tuk Method: Marinate thinly sliced beef sirloin for at least 30 minutes, then grill or fry over a high heat. Works just as well with pork or chicken. Spoon over rice with kimchi for a quick bulgogi bowl.
