Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Cookvermicelli in boiling water for about 4 to 5 minutes, stir occasionally, and rinse vermicelli with cold water for 1 minute, drain. 2. Ready to be served cold or stir fry with your favourite ingredients and seasoning. Or soak in water overnight, and boil for 1 minute, then ready to serve.
