I have used this sauce for nearly 50 years first trying it in Indonesia where I worked. ABC produce a lot of different sauces which are all excellent. The Kecap manis is a sweet soya sauce thick and a great addition to almost any dish. I use it even in mt beef stews to enhance the flavour and colour
