Description: Aroy-D coconut milk 泰國椰奶 is the Thai kitchen staple, made with 70% coconut extract for a rich, creamy pour. This 250ml carton is a handy size for one curry or a couple of desserts, with no half-used tin taking up fridge space. Use it to round out a green curry, give tom kha gai its silky body, or simmer into a sweet coconut sauce. Shake well before opening, as the cream naturally rises to the top.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simmer with green curry paste, chicken and Thai aubergine for a classic gaeng keow wan. Poach banana in sweetened coconut milk for kluai buat chi. Or warm through and pour over mango sticky rice.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place and refrigerate after opening. Use within a few days of opening.
