Tuk Tuk Method: Perfect stir-fried or boiled in soup noodles. To stir-fry, fry Fuzhou fish balls using 15ml cooking oil over moderate heat for 4-6 minutes. To boil, add balls to 500ml water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 4 minutes, season and enjoy! Ensure produce is cooked thoroughly before consumption.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until best before the date.
