Haidilao Spicy Flavour Hot Pot Seasoning is based on the hot pot soup seasoning mix used in the Haidilao restaurant chains initially established in the Szechuan province. The HDL is the shortened version of Haidilao, which means fortune in the Sichuan dialect. The Haidilao hot pot sauces and seasonings are very famous in Europe and the US due to HDL restaurants' presence.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Bring this soup base with 1L(litre) water to boil. Add your preferred ingredients(Potatoes, Luncheon Meat and Beef/Lamb), cook thoroughly, and then enjoy. 2. For dishes such as Tomato Stewd Sirloin: Choose roughly 1kg sirloin and cut it into small pieces, then blanch the peeled tomatoes into small pieces. 2. Putting balanced sirloin pieces, spices, cooking wine and soy sauce into a pressure cooker, then pressurize. 3. Putting the product and tomatoes into the cooker, you can enjoy it when it is full-boiled.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week.
