Tuk Tuk Method: For the best results, cook from frozen. All appliances vary; the followings are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving and always be careful of hot steam when removing siu mai from the steamer. Steam: Do not defrost. Remove Siu Mai from the pack. Fill a steamer with 1/3 water and bring water to a boil. Lay Siu Mai on the rack, place it in the steamer and cover it with a lid. Steam for 8 minutes, delicious siu mai is ready to serve.

Storage: Store at -18°C or below.
