Description: Kara Coconut Milk Classic 200ml (UHT) is Indonesia's best-known coconut milk, made from 99.9% fresh coconut milk with only a touch of natural stabiliser. Kara's UHT process locks in the fresh coconut flavour without preservatives. Wondering how it differs from coconut cream? This milk is the thinner, everyday one — pour it into curries, soups and rice, while the cream is for extra richness and desserts. The 200ml carton is a handy one-curry size.
