Description: Kara coconut cream 200ml is the single-curry size of Kara's thick Indonesian UHT cream. It is 99.9% coconut cream, richer and less watery than coconut milk, and it melts into the pan to give one curry for two people a glossy, full body. No half-used carton taking up fridge space. It pours straight from the pack and keeps in the cupboard until you need it.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simmer into a Thai green or red curry for two. Cook a small pot of tom kha gai or a one-pan laksa. Or warm gently with palm sugar and a pinch of salt for a quick coconut sauce over mango sticky rice.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within a few days.
