This 400ml cooking sake bottle is ideal for home chefs who cook Japanese cuisine or like to experiment with different ingredients a couple of times per week. Cooking sake is a must have ingredient if you're wanting to try Japanese cuisine. Like wine is to western cuisine, sake adds a deep flavour to food as the alcohol is cooked off. Unlike regular sake, cooking sake comes with added seasoning such as salt and hints of fruit juice to take your cooking to the next level. It can be used in a wide variety of different dishes. Due to the added seasonings, this sake is not for drinking.
