Description: Lobo Satay Seasoning Mix 100g makes proper satay sauce at home from one packet. Lobo is a well-known Thai seasoning brand, and this mix brings together roasted peanuts, chilli, turmeric, cumin, coriander and lemongrass — the classic satay flavour. Use it to marinate the skewers and to build the rich peanut dipping sauce that goes with them. One 100g packet covers a family-sized batch of chicken or pork satay.
Tuk Tuk Method: Marinate chicken thigh pieces, thread onto bamboo skewers and grill. Simmer the rest of the mix with coconut milk for a peanut dipping sauce. Or stir through noodles for a quick satay stir-fry.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
