Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Fry a small chopped onion in a little oil. 2. Add 2 heaped dessert spoonfuls (28g) of 'Maykway' Curry Sauce Mix and fry for several seconds. 3. Stirring constantly. Add 250ml of water. 4. Add the prepared, cooked ingredient of your choice. 5. Continue stirring and bring to a boil. 6. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve on a bed of rice and enjoy!
