Description: Nissin Demae Chicken Noodles 出前一丁 雞蓉味 100g is the Hong Kong classic in its most familiar flavour — a light, savoury chicken broth finished with a sachet of sesame seasoning oil. 出前一丁 packs are a Hong Kong institution, the noodles many families grew up on. The broth is mild and comforting rather than spicy, so it takes toppings well and pleases almost everyone. Ready in about three minutes.
Tuk Tuk Method: Cook in 500ml of boiling water for 3 minutes, then stir in the soup powder and sesame oil. Top with a fried egg and luncheon meat for the Hong Kong café classic. Or add sweetcorn and shredded chicken for a quick chicken noodle bowl.
