With its combination of aromatic lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal root, you'll get a layered, flavorful dish with every use. Perfect for restaurants or large families.
Tuk Tuk Method: Simply mix the curry paste with coconut cream/milk and add to stir-fried lamb or beef. For a milder flavour, half the portion of the curry paste.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. On opening store in an airtight container.
