Description: O'Divine Wok Ready Udon Noodles 200g are thick, chewy Japanese wheat noodles, pre-cooked so they go straight from the packet into the wok. What are udon noodles made of? Wheat flour, water and salt — which gives them their soft, springy bounce, quite different from skinny ramen or rice noodles. One 200g pouch is a single serving, ready in about two minutes.
Tuk Tuk Method: Loosen the noodles briefly in hot water, then stir-fry with soy, mirin and whatever vegetables you have for yaki udon. Or drop into a hot dashi broth with spring onions for a quick udon noodle soup.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within the same day.
