Description: Buenas Zamboanga Guisadong Bagoong Pasteurised Sauteed Spicy Shrimp Paste 250g. This is a spicy version of the Filippino sautéed shrimp paste. Buenas Zamboanga Ginisang Bagoong Spicy 250g is based on a classic concept of frying small shrimp with garlic and onions. To prepare this, shrimp are combined with salt and sugar and fermented. Hot pepper is added to this mix to make it spicy. The product is dried to make the shrimp paste.
