Description: Flying Goose Sriracha Coconut Hot Chilli Sauce pairs brilliantly with seafood dishes, pork bahn mi or with Chinese steamed buns. Also try adding a bit of Sriracha sauce to stir fries, or meat marinades. If you've not tried this, and like your hot sauce, this is definitely for you. You can even swap out tabasco for this in a Bloody Mary and it works just as good!
Tuk Tuk Method: We think this is perfect as a condiment for spicing up food and as a food ingredient and dipping sauce. It is hot, but not too hot, and with lots of flavour. Perfect on cold meat, kebabs, burgers, hot dogs and stir-fries. It has slightly more of a tang to it than the original sriracha and slightly less spice.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 8 weeks.
