Tuk Tuk Method:
- (1 packet can braise about 2kg of ingredients): Prepare your preferred ingredients, such as meat or vegetables. For meat, blanch in boiling water with ginger and cooking wine. Cut vegetables into pieces and wash thoroughly.
- Add enough water to a pot to slightly cover the ingredients. Add 1 packet of Five-Spices Mixed Spices, season with salt, rock sugar, or other preferred seasonings. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat.
- Once the ingredients are fully cooked, turn off the heat and leave the ingredients in the broth for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to infuse. Ready to serve.
