Fresh Thai Rambutan 500g

Description: Fresh rambutan: 500g of Thai rambutans. Under the red, hairy-looking skin is juicy, translucent white flesh around a single seed, with a sweet taste. To eat one, pinch or cut through the skin around the middle, twist off the top half and pop out the fruit, then eat around the seed. Use them as you would lychees: on their own, in a fruit salad, or in a jelly. A bowl of rambutans also makes an easy, colourful dessert to share. Fresh and frozen items add a £5.50 chilled-packaging charge, once per order, even on free-delivery orders.

Tuk Tuk Method: Peel and eat them as they are, add to a tropical fruit salad with mango and pineapple, or serve on ice after a Thai meal.

Storage: Once delivered, store them in your refrigerator.
