Tuk Tuk Method: All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Suggested thawing before cooking. If cooking from frozen, please adjust cooking time as needed. Ensure the products are thoroughly cooked until piping hot.
Defrosting options: Remove the packaging firstly, heating in microwave (180W) for 2-3 minutes; or leaving in a bowl of water (keep in room temperature) for 90-120 minutes with packaging; or leaving in the refrigerator overnight with packaging.
Boil: Cook in Soup / Hotpot for around 5 minutes.
Stir Fry: Stir Fry (medium heat) with meat and/or vegetables for 4-5 minutes.
Microwave: 450W, 60-120 seconds with lid.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below until best before date. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
