Description: FSG Preserved Cooked Fungus Mushroom 280g. This spicy blend of cooked mushrooms, ginger and chilli oil spices up plain noodle and tofu dishes. The Sichuan preserved fungus is best though of as a mushroom rich Sichuan chilli oil.
