Description: Haday Salt-Baked Powder Seasoning 180g (6 Sachets). 6 packets of delicious seasoning for salt roasted chicken.
Tuk Tuk Method: Rub cooking wine over a corn fed chicken, then add the Haday salt-basked powder seasoning. Leave to dry for approx 1 hour. Put spring onion and ginger inside the chicken, roast in oven until the chicken is fully cooked.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
