Description: Haidilao White Pepper Pork Tripe & Chicken Flavour Soup Base 海底撈白胡椒豬肚雞湯底 190g. A Cantonese-style peppery white soup base for the classic pork tripe and chicken hot pot (zhu du ji), with white pepper, ginger, coconut, red dates and goji berries. The base itself contains no meat: it is Vegetarian Society approved as vegan, so add your own chicken and pork tripe or keep it plant-based. Contains a 120g seasoning pack, a dried ingredients pack and a 60g refill pack. Serves 3-5 people. Product of China. Net weight 190g.

Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Pour 1200ml of drinking water into a pot. Add the seasoning pack (120g) and the dried ingredients pack (cook with chicken for a richer flavour). Bring to the boil, then add your favourite ingredients. Cook thoroughly and enjoy. 2. After eating the soup, add the refill pack (60g) with 600ml of drinking water and bring to the boil again to keep the broth rich and flavourful.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Once opened, use immediately; do not store.
