Description: Haidilao Seasoning for Ma Po Tofu 海底撈麻婆豆腐调味料 80g. A quick and easy way to make authentic, spicy Sichuan ma po tofu at home, from Haidilao's Magic Cook (筷手小廚) range. Stir-fry on a high heat for about 5 minutes. One pack is made for 500g of tofu, 50g of minced beef or pork and 20g of spring onion. Product of China. Net weight 80g.

Tuk Tuk Method: Cut 500g of tofu into cubes about 2cm thick and blanch in lightly salted boiling water, then drain and rinse in cold water. Mix about 5g of starch with about 30g of water. Mince 50g of beef or pork and chop 20g of spring onion. Fry the mince, add the seasoning and the tofu, simmer for a few minutes, then stir in the starch mixture to thicken. Garnish with spring onion and serve with rice.
