Description: Haidilao green chilli hot pot soup base 海底撈麻辣青椒火鍋底料 is a fresh, zingy mala base made with green chilli (17%), pickled chilli and green Sichuan peppercorn, for a numbing, medium heat. No artificial colours. One pack makes about 1 litre of broth for 3-5 people. Great with fish fillets, thinly sliced mutton and enoki mushrooms. Product of China. Net weight 200g.
Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Put 1000ml of water and the whole pack into a pot and bring to the boil. 2. Add your favourite ingredients and cook until done. 3. Serve hot, with Haidilao hot pot dipping sauce if you like.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately; do not store.
