Description: Haidilao three delicacies hot pot soup base 海底撈三鮮火鍋底料 makes a clear broth for hot pot, or for noodle soup with shredded pork, using 1 litre of water per pack. A delicate and savoury clear hot pot base made with pickled mustard greens (43%), kelp, shiitake and porcini (Boletus edulis) mushroom, pickled ginger and goji berries. No artificial colours or flavours. One pack makes 1 litre of broth for 3-5 people. Great with prawns, mushrooms and greens. Product of China. Net weight 200g.

Tuk Tuk Method: Hot pot: pour 1000ml of water and the whole pack into a pot. Add sliced spring onion, ginger, fresh prawns, mushrooms and so on to taste. When the water boils, add vegetables and serve, ideally with Haidilao hot pot dipping sauce. Noodles with shredded pork: bring 1 litre of drinking water to the boil, add noodles and separate them with chopsticks, then pour in the soup base. Once the noodles are cooked, add 100g of shredded meat and some vegetables, cook through and serve.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days. Do not use if the pack is swollen.
