Description: Haidilao tom yum hot pot soup base 海底撈泰式冬蔭功火鍋底料 is a sour and spicy Thai tom yum goong base for hot pot, made with lemongrass, galangal, lime, kaffir lime leaves, chilli and coriander. Made for seafood: the pack suggests shrimp, shellfish and mushrooms (not included). Serves 3-5 people. Made by Yihai Food in Thailand. Net weight 200g.
Tuk Tuk Method: Pour 1400ml of water and the whole pack into a pot and bring to the boil. Add your favourite ingredients and simmer until fully cooked. Serve hot, with Haidilao hot pot dipping sauce if you like.
