Alternatively, use it as a dipping sauce, a spicy addition to a sandwich or a cooking sauce over chicken or white fish. The perfect sweet to spicy ratio, a great all rounder!
Ingredients: Sugar 32%, Water 21.73%, Garlic 17%, Chilli 14%, Distilled Vinegar (Distilled Vinegar 10%) 13%, Thickener: Modified Tapioca Starch (E1442) 2%, Flavour Enhancer: Monosodium Glutamate (E621) 0.27%.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place and refrigerate after opening. Change in colour or texture (separated layers) is natural and harmless.
