Description:Hikari Miso Shinshu AKA Red Miso 400g. This is a textured full-bodied Red miso with a mellow, well-balanced flavour. Good for miso soup and dressings.
Tuk Tuk Method: Bring one cup of water to the boil and add your favourite ingredients (tofu, wakame seaweed, vegetables, etc). Add slightly more than 3/4 tbsp of Hikari Red Miso and dissolve well. Turn off heat just before water begins to boil again and serve immediately.
Storage: Store refrigerated.
