Tuk Tuk Method: To make dumplings at home, simply add 2 cups of lightly salted water to 8 cups of Honor Dumpling Flour and stir. Slowly add half a cup of water and knead thoroughly. Form dough into a rope and divide into equal sections, around 1 inch in diameter. Form each piece of dough into balls and use a rolling pin to form into round, flat pastry wrappers around 3 inches in diameter. Add your desired filling and seal. Your dumplings are now ready to be boiled or steamed!
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
