Tuk Tuk Method: Thaw the pastry prior to use. Once defrosted, use it to wrap meat or vegetables. Wet the edge of the pastry with water, fold and seal by hand to form a half-moon-shaped dumpling. Bring sufficient water to the boil and cook dumplings until they float to the surface. Drain and rinse with cold water. Serve in hot boiling soup, or add dumplings to a pre-heated oiled skillet and pan-fry til golden brown. Serve with vinegar or soybean sauce.
