    Tuk Tuk Method:Rinse all ingredients with water. Soak ingredients in water for 30 mins and drain. Place the congee mixture in a saucepan with water. Bring the mixture to boil, and once boiled, turn down to a low heat to simmer the mixture for 30-45 minutes until desired consistency. Remove the saucepan from heat, and finally gently stir in the sugar or honey to taste. Can be served hot or cold.

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
