Description: Indomie Mi Goreng 營多牌印尼炒麵 is Indonesia's famous fried instant noodle, here in a 5 x 80g multipack. The noodles are boiled, drained, then tossed with seasoning, sweet soy sauce, flavoured oil and chilli powder for a sweet, savoury and gently spicy plateful. There is no soup: just glossy, stir-style noodles ready in about three minutes. Add a fried egg and it becomes a proper meal.

Tuk Tuk Method: Cook, drain and toss with the sachets, then crown with a crispy fried egg and a squeeze of sriracha for the classic late-night plate.
