Description: Indomie Mi Goreng Rendang 80g is a rendang-spiced take on Indonesia's famous fried noodle. Mi goreng means fried noodles — the noodles are drained and tossed with seasonings rather than served in soup. This variant layers the sweet soy and fried onion of the original with rendang spices — lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves and candlenut — in a spicy beef flavour. Five sachets, one plate, three minutes, and no soup to slurp.

Tuk Tuk Method: Simmer the noodles in 400ml of boiling water for 3 minutes while you empty the seasoning sachets onto a plate. Drain well, toss through the seasonings and serve. Top with a fried egg for the classic finish, or add leftover beef rendang if you have some.
