Description: Kara UHT Coconut Cream 500ml is coconut cream at its most convenient — 99.9% coconut cream in a UHT pack that keeps in the cupboard until opened. Coconut cream is thicker and richer than coconut milk (about 24% fat), so a little goes a long way: it gives curries their body, tom kha its silkiness and desserts their proper coconut finish.

Tuk Tuk Method: Shake well, then pour straight into curries, soups and rendang towards the end of cooking. Simmer with palm sugar for a dessert sauce over sticky rice, or whip into a coconut topping. Once opened, refrigerate and use within a few days.
