Description: Kirin Brand Rice Vermicelli 455g is a Thai cupboard staple — fine dried rice noodles (banh pho) that soften in minutes and take on whatever flavour you add. Made from 90% rice and water and nothing else, they are the noodles behind countless Thai soups, stir-fries and salads.
Tuk Tuk Method: Place the Kirin rice noodles in a bowl, pour over hot water and leave to soak for 7-10 minutes, then drain and add to your soup, stir-fry or salad. They absorb any flavour you add quickly, so season boldly.
