    Tuk Tuk Method: Wash rice thoroughly, add 1 cup of rice to 1.5 cups of cold salted water. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed. Turn off the heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes.

    Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
