Tuk Tuk Method: Steamer: Cook from Frozen. Steam on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Microwave: Cook from frozen. Place hargows in a microwave-safe container, lightly spray with water then cover with microwaveable food wrap, microwave at 900W for 1-3 minutes.
