Description: Lee Kum Kee Chinese Marinade 410ml. Chinese marinade is a convenient, ready-made cooking sauce. Made from soy sauce flavoured with garlic and spices, it adds an intriguing savouriness to dishes. Simple to use, it is specially good with poultry. Use it diluted with water as a poaching medium for pieces of chicken, duck legs, poussin or quail, creating tender, flavourful results.
