Description: Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 907g is the oyster sauce behind countless Chinese restaurant dishes. Made with 11% oyster extract, it is thick, glossy and deeply savoury with a gentle sweetness — the backbone of a good stir-fry sauce. Oyster sauce does not taste fishy; it is rich and rounded, somewhere between soy sauce and a light gravy. This 907g bottle is the restaurant-sized pack, ideal if stir-fries, chow mein and Chinese greens are on regular rotation at home.
