Tuk Tuk Method:Use the sauce as dipping sauce for chicken rice, barbecued crispy suckling pig, crispy pork, Peking duck and deep-fried pork knuckles. It can also be used for cooking such dishes as sweet pork, fried noodles, Pa-Lo soup (Chinese five-spices soup) and rice noodle rolls!
