Lobo Green Curry Paste 50g

Description: Lobo Thai green curry paste 50g is an authentic Thai blend of green chilli, lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime peel, pounded with shallot, garlic and shrimp paste. One sachet is a handy midweek size: fry it in coconut cream, loosen with coconut milk and you have a fragrant green curry with no chopping or pounding. The heat is lively but balanced, and it works just as well with chicken, beef, prawns or tofu.

Tuk Tuk Method: Fry the paste in a splash of coconut cream until fragrant, add sliced chicken or tofu, then pour in coconut milk and simmer. Add Thai aubergines, bamboo shoots or green beans, and finish with Thai basil and a dash of fish sauce. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
