Tuk Tuk Method:Cut 250g of porn loin and pork belly into 1 inch cubes. Soak with 1 tablespoon of black soy sauce. Boil 360ml of water with the contents of this packet. ~Add pork, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until the pork is tender. Add sliced ginger, pickled garlic and fish sauce to taste.
