Description: Lobo Nam Ya Curry Paste 60g. Lobo Nam Ya Curry is a mild type of curry prepared with fish and coconut milk. Mix your fish, vegetables, and coconut milk with this nam ya curry paste to make a delicious meal in minutes. When ready just pour over rice noodles or jasmine rice.

Tuk Tuk Method: Simply add the paste to your cooked fish or canned tuna. Boil 2 cups (480ml) coconut milk. Add the blended fish and bring to boil. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with vermicelli, sour pickled mustard, bean sprout, fresh vegetables and enjoy!

Ingredients: Galingale, Shallot, Salt, Chilli, Garlic, Lemongrass, Shrimp Paste (Shrimp Crustaceans, Salt)
