    Tuk Tuk Method: 1. Prepare 1/2 kg. chicken and cut in thin slices.

    2.  Add the contents of this packet. Sprinkle small amount of water. Soak & rub the chicken.

  • 3. Marinate for 30 minute.

  • 4. Heat a saucepan and add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Cook the chicken until well done. Slice into small pieces. Serve and Enjoy!
